#ArmNation’s very own puller, Brenden Lemmon Mulvihill won 4 gold medals for both arms at the Pan American Games 2019 in Costa Rica last week!
This champion is taking the armwrestling world by storm and he won’t be stopping with this title. We see a bright future ahead for him and the Canadian team.
